Pigmentation of the skin

Since mid April I noticed some small brown spots under my breast. No pain or itching.  As the months have gone by, there are more and more in clusters.  I now have the spots in my arm pits and vulva.  I am on the 3 different cream and nothing is helping.  The other development is my tongue is white like yeast but tested negative.  I have been on 2 rounds of antibiotics and yeast infection pills, mouth rinse.  Still there.  I have been married for 22 years but I did get an STD test which was negative.  Any answers will be appreciated.

The darkening spots are called chloasma,  and are normal in pregnancy.  I'm confused about two rounds of antibiotics for your white tongue - antibiotics actually lead to yeast over growth,  they don't cure it.
