could these be symptoms of breast cancer because of my birth control?

Hi! I'm a 17 year girl who's looking for some feedback. So I have this zit like thing on my right nipple that hasn't gone away in weeks. I thought it was just normal body acne or an ingrown hair. My right breast also kinda hurts and the pain seems to come and go.  I see my doctor in a few days but I just wanted someone elses thoughts. I'm on birth control as well for a hormone imbalance.

Also! Me and my mother have checked for lumps and found nothing. I don't feel unwell or anything like that. I feel completely fine besides the pain in my right breast. (It's like a sting)
