Are most eye diseases easily discernible on dilated exam?

I've had an OCT, visual field test, and dilated exam. Does this rule out most eye diseases? I am not sure whether to pursue further testing, or just try to tune out my visual disturbance

So there are eye diseases that can't be seen on slit-lamp?
That is an incredibly naive question. It' s like saying are their heart diseases that can't be diagnosed with a stethoscope.
