Mild throbbing / pressure on left tip of penis
Hi guys.
About 12 days back, i went for a Prostate Massage in a Massage parlour. During the massage, the lady pressed down on some area of my Urethra and Testicles (veins or nerves i'm unsure) but i pointed out to her that it was painful (she really did apply force).
After the session, she gave me a handjob with lubricant (not sure what massage oil was it). I did not notice any lumps or open wounds on her hands. While she was doing it, i licked her nipples for about 1min as well.
After I got home, i experienced some sore in my foreskin / penis head, which was common after such a session and lasted for a few days.
Moving on to day 12, i am experiencing very mild pressure/throbbing on the left tip of my penis head and slight discomfort in my lower abdomen at times. My inner foreskin also seems to be inflamed (i could feel it by touch).I also started having the urge to pee every hour and if i dont, i feel an ache on my penis. Would like to know if the above symptons are due to my anxiety (i have an underlying condition) or am i looking at something more serious?

Hand jobs are considered safe 'sex'. If there was no contact with her mouth, vagina or anus, you did not risk an STD.

Any idea what could be causing the itch and sore on my foreskin and penishead? The reason why im concerned is that its been more then 1 week
Hyperfocusing on something can cause you to feel all sorts of things and this very well may be the case for you. A hand job is not a high risk for anything. You maybe sustained some basic injury but would guess the rest is your anxiety. If you find that you feel this way after such sessions, are they worth it? This does not sound serious and a manifestation of your anxiety to me.

Im pretty sure the sore and pain are physical and not mental. Would like to know if its possible for the lady to pass any sort of STI through a handjob (assuming moist conditions for virus are met)
