Should I be worried? Cause my severe anxiety is making me losee tones of sleep.

Only when I lay down on my side with my arms over my chest I would feel very dull discomfort on my chest and left breast area and it doesn't go away until I get up. It's not really severe pain just a uncomfortable feeling. Idk if it's just the way I'm laying down or whatever. Im having so much anxiety over this I'm literally losing sleep.

Don’t sound at all heart related. Lay on your other side and get some sleep and don’t worry about it.

I think you can relax, pain that is positional in nature is very rarely if ever related to your heart.

I know the uncomfortable feeling you mean, but i've had a chest drain in the area. So it may be nerve related. Straining a chest wall nerve can cause severe pain or discomfort. I've had to have an ER Visit from straining a Left chest wall nerve before, the pain was so severe I thought it was a heart attack.
