8 year old son diagnosed with premature adrenarche but has facial hair

My 8 year old son is diagnosed with Premature Adrenarche 2 weeks back. Blood tests came back normal but his bone age is showing 10+ years. Since last two weeks i'm noticing that his facial hair especially on cheeks and upper lip area is growing :-(  I'm extremely worried about his facial hair and just wanted to know if it is related to Premature Adrenarche or if this is something else :-( ?

It would be extremely helpful if you can let me know your thoughts/suggestions.

I am guessing you went to an endocrinologist.  If he has any other signs of puberty, I would get a second opinion.
