Why am I always having a hard time waking up and how to cure it?

I am 34 (female) and ever since I remember I've been having an extremely hard time waking up. Each morning or even after a noon rest I can't wake up and even though I get up at the desired time I always go back to sleep because I don't have the energy to get up. Even when I go to sleep early I still can't manage to get up at an early hour. I constantly feel tired during the day and at nights I usually feel more energetic. This has been going on for a very long time and it is affecting my work and daily routine. What could my problem be and is there a cure for it? I need any advice I can get. Please!

Do you have depression? I know that always feeling tired can be a symptom because I've been through it. It could be chronic fatigue syndrome. Have you had a full lab work-up recently? It could be something simple like low vit D, Iron, Magnesium, etc. Best of luck

I have the same problem as you. Mine started after the flu. Might be CFS. No matter how much I sleep I can't get out of bed

Have you tried anything or taken any tests to see what the reason is or how it can be solved?
