Can somebody help me with ultrasound results?

Findings:
The patient has history of left thyroidectomy in 2004. This was nonmalignant.
The patient's right lobe measures 4.6 x 1.6 x 1.4 cm and is diffusely heterogeneous with the thyroid parenchyma being completely replaced by numerous solid nodules throughout. There is no dominant mass or cyst. The thyroid parenchyma is quite vascular.
IMPRESSION:
1. Diffuse multinodularity of the right lobe of the thyroid gland without dominant mass or cyst.

Your thyroid gland tissue has been replaced by thyroid nodules. Do you have any thyroid symptoms?

I was just recently diagnosed with Hoshimotos and I have dizziness, cold  all the time. Muscle pain, tired, and so many more
I expected as much. From Radiopaedia.."Heterogeneous echogenicity of the thyroid gland is a non-specific finding and is associated with conditions diffusely affecting the thyroid gland. These include: Hashimoto thyroiditis. Graves Disease."

Thyroid hormone replacement is either synthetic or natural dessicated extract. It can be a bit of trial an error to what suits you best and how much you need to get rid of all your symptoms.
So should I be worried about the numerous amount of nodules, or is that caused by Hoshimotos?   Thanks
Hashimoto's thyroiditis is a cause of nodules. You do seem to have a lot of them though! The ultrasound report didn't point out any that any nodules were suspicious so that's good news.
Thank you!
