Onset of Syphilis

I had an encounter with someone on August 14 and she stated she had tested positive for syphilis in June but was given Penecilin right away. I tested myself aug 17 for a baseline and went and got tested again sept 18 all negative. What are the chances i could still test positive for Syphilis if i tested negative after 1 month of the encounter?

the average window test period is advised at 6 weeks but testing negative at 4 weeks isnt likely to change.
