hi i have keratoconus ...

hi i have keratoconus ... here is a topography picture of my left eye for last year https://imgur.com/K0k2vqV and here a topography picture of my left eye that is taken a few days ago https://imgur.com/5yxluoJ ... is the difference noticable and so should i do cross linking or there is little change and then no need for cxl ???

How much difference in 1 parameter is noticeable and needs cross linking ? Also last year thickness was 493 micron and today thickness is 483 micron ...

This is a generalization.  If the cornea is unstable then the amount of astigmatism is generally much larger than yours.  Also the cornea surgeon would look at not just last year but say the last 5 years to determine stability.  Also K conus is often inherited. So also of importance would be the experience of other family members and whether in the past they have needed corneal transplant, partial thickness procedures or  corneal cross linking    So you need to get away from numbers as the exact cause.  Moreover if serial readings are taken at the same time they can vary as much as  last year and this year #

i will go to doctor but i'm nervous and want to know whether it needs cxl or not before i go to doctor ... anyway thank you ...

The one image did not show (topography) the other was K readings showing less than 2 diopter of astigmatism.  On by serial examinations can your Eye MD determine if your cornea is becoming more 'cone' shaped.   Thus I cannot answer your questions for a variety of reasons.
