Nipple Discharge in a man

Hi all. I am a 42-year-old male, who is hyperobated in nutritional treatment and hypertensive with treatment (amlodipine).
About 6 days ago, I almost accidentally noticed a drop on my left nipple.
It was transparent, it seemed to me that it was oily or of the texture of the water in a blister.
I cleaned it and I continued with my labors.
Later, I returned to control but did not have anything.
I pressed my nipples (very strongly) and it came out a little (very little of that liquid), it was not even a drop.
I cleaned it and put tissue paper over my nipple and left it overnight. In the morning the tissue paper was dry.
I tightened my nipple very tightly, and came back a little (very little) of liquid.
Leave the tissue paper one more day, without finding spots.
From Saturday to today, as I never had anything, today I strongly pressed the left nipple and that droplet came out again.
That is to say, it only comes out when pressed excessively hard.
I do not have chest pains, or itching, or lumps.
I have read everywhere that it is something abnormal in men and in all cases, they mention cancer.
Is it the only thing (cancer) that causes this or are there benign conditions that can make liquid come out of my nipple, more than anything when I press it hard?
Thank you.
Regards!

Crud.  There are a lot of posts about this and some answered by doctors.  Try your own search:  at top there is a search bar that says "search for health questions".  Put in " Discharge from nipple in men".

But from all of the reading I've done, you need to see a doctor about this as it is not typical.

In women, hormones can cause that. Here's a whole list of questions on the subject: https://healthquestions.medhelp.org/discharge-from-nipple-in-men

You need to see your doctor for evaluation. Let us know if you can get an appointment
