Are there any herbal options that help the liver?

I see all these ads for treatment of the liver. Are any of them worth the money. My doctor says not to waist my money. I'm thinking thay might help for someone with stag 1 but I have stage 3 so I'm thinking they will not help me. What do you think?

Anyone with advanced liver disease/cirrhosis should use caution with any treatment they try including any herbal alternative treatments.

Strength and quality can vary greatly and many herbs can be dangerous for someone with a damaged liver.

Check with your medical provider/hepatologist before undertaking any treatment regimen.

There is little to no evidence of any herbal treatment for liver damage.

The best you can do is eliminate the cause of your liver damage if possible then live the healthiest life you can.
