Can a magnifying glass concentrated sun light reflected in paper cause eye damage?

Could looking at the bright spot of light in the paper cause retinal burn or photoreceptors overstimulation and death, causing permanent vision loss?

According to me, On the off chance that you glance through an amplifying glass at the sun, the glass will de-center your eye and any harm will be tremendously lessened. Doubtlessly there will be none. Without the glass, your eye's focal point will concentrate the daylight on a modest spot at your retina, as some have watched. This can harm the retina.

If your eyes problem day by day increase so you should go for Dry Eye Specialist to test your eyes properly because I saw many of the people who suffer this kind of problem. I hope your this kind of eye problem reduce early.
