hiv risk?

Two days ago I topped a guy with a condom. He had condoms and lubricans but I'm bit scared because I don't know the expiry date, quality of condom and the sort of lubricans.Although he said the lubricans was for condoms but I could not see clearly (the room was halfdark). I wasn't fully erect but when I withdrew the condom stayed intact. Any chance of hiv risk because I wasn't fully erect and therefore maybe too much friction that could cause microleaks? I'm also bit worried because he let me *** in his mouth. He said he was safe and married but that's no guarantee of course.

As you are told on this and your previous threads, condom protected sex is safe from HIV transmission.

No such things as microleaks. Oral sex is no risk
Protected sex is also no risk
