Air trap between nasal and brain? No Membrane seen on MRI

Was diagnosed me with Osteoma after CT.  So ENT basically threw me to Neurologist and he tried to treat me for my non stop headaches and convinced him to do MRI.  Neurologist said he has only seen it in cracked skulls near base.  Going to another ENT who specializes in surgery.  Anyone heard of anything like this?  Its clearly shown on the MRI's.  Is this good or bad?

The pressure has pushed up my frontal bone so much they thought it was Osteoma before and is putting pressure on Brain.  Finally may have gotten right diagnosis after all other posts

Oh, I'm sure that is a huge relief to feel like you can finally know what is going on so you can TREAT it.  Does your doctor concur about the diagnosis?
