can HPV treatment affect HIV detection

Dear doctors, here is what happened. I'm a 32 year old male.  I had protected anal sex with a guy on 8th Sept
and I was the top(before that I haven't had any sex for at least 2 months). On 28th Sept. I was tested positive for  HPV11 and my doctor prescribed Interferon a-2b injection treatment for every other day which is still going on. I have used blood test strip (3rd gen)and saliva test strip at 5 weeks and 8 weeks respectively and the results came back both negative. Till now, I hadn't had any fever or rash. However, During the entire October, I had a long time of diarrhea which I'm still recovering from. I'm stressed out now. I wonder whether my HPV treatment would affect the test results in any way. Should I be worried? Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.

No medicine apart from PEP would interfere your HIV test results.

Thanks for the prompt ans. So I shouldn't worry about HIV since I have negative test results at 5 and 8 weeks?
Yes.  You have conclusively tested negative.

Always use condoms correctly and consistently for vaginal / anal insertive sex to stay away from STIs.
Thank you very much.
You're most welcome.
