My risk of getting any kind of std including hiv

So about 2 years ago I had my first sexual encounter. This was in a massage parlour in which a Asian lady gave me a handjob and unprotected oral for 10 seconds. This was they only time I had unprotected oral because a friend of mine told me it’s risky.Another encounter I had was in Bangkok with a girl.i had protected sexual intercourse with her and protected oral. But when I took off my condom she put my penis in her mouth for less than 5 second until I took it out. These are the only two exposures I have had which have I guess I’m at risk.Another time I had sex with a worker who was constantly touching her vagina. She ended with giving me a handjob. In my life I have had 10 sexual encounters all with workers.Out of which all were expensive and who practiced safe sex.Im only 19 years old and reading stuff on google makes me extremely confused.Im been very anxious for a year on and off because after getting reassurance of one one std I get worried about another. So doctor I request you to tell me if I’m at risk of anything and if I should be worried.People say you can get a std with a condom aswell.I just want someone to clear all my doubts so that I can live happily and focus on my academics thank you.

Nothing that you describe puts at you risk of contracting HIV.

Below are the three potential risk for HIV

1. Unprotected penetrative  anal or vaginal sex.
2. PWID - Needle sharing.
3. Transmission through blood transfusion. (This is rare as most blood products and blood transfusion are subjected to preliminary screening.)

Oral sex is not a risk. Get off the internet,  stop looking for 'HIV'. You didn't have a risk,  do not need to test.

Always use condoms correctly and consistently for vaginal / anal sex to stay away from STIs.
