Confused by my doctor please help

Apr 2017 went and had sex w a escort.  Had bloodwork tests for every std and sti at 1thru4 months.  1.5 years later had another sti/std panel for everything all negative.  Also hepatitis panel.  Now I have pain in my larynyx area and two canker sore looking spots(on my gums and side cheek).  I read often times canker sores and cold sore are mistaken a lot.  I also read cold sores are hsv1, and notice them to be small clusters.  Whereas mine look like canker sores(round white spots).  My question is if I only had sex w said escort, would I have only contracted something on my genitals?  Because  it seems like from reading, i can get hsv on the genitals only and not in the mouth bc I didnt have oral sex/kissing.

1 month prior I had been diagnosed with ibs.  Was having bad constipation, gas and stomach pain.  He prescribed linzess.  I started taking time released peppermint pills and helped considerably.  I changed my diet and quit smoking.  Meaning I started to juice and eating more tomato sauce and tomatoes in general.  Now when I was younger about 26 years ago was the last time I had sores in my mouth.

The conversation about my larynyx and the sores in mouth went something like this.  I told him my issues he looked in my mouth and said its hsv1.  I asked about the negative tests and he couldnt answer.  I told him about the last time I had a sore in my mouth(23yrs ago).  My main concerns were if the escort gave this to me or not(in my mouth) considering I only had sex w her.  For I dont want to give my kids something.  Or do my kids already have this?  Is there a stigma about having hsv1? I never had anything remotely pictured as hsv1 that I've seen online.  Why did my dr prescribe valtrix?

Doesnt look like a herpes sore to me. Due to its:
1) location. It is found inside the cheeks
2) borders and shape
Whatever it is, this is my advice:
1) rest assure now. I think you dont have herpes
2) take a test again if you want to make sure that this isnt herpes. Even if u test positive, which i think you wont, it is ok. Just learn to handle the sore. More than half of the people in the world have it.

You said that you have sores in your mouth at 23, years before your sex exposure.
Your tests shows u r negative, which is highly accurate.
I think you can stop worrying about other stds.
Herpes wise, is unlikely u have cos of ur negative test.
Your symptoms look herpes like, thats why your doctor prescribe that drug. It is difficult for me to follow along your story.
Im not sure much about stigma regarding hsv. But around half of the people in the world have it. Maybe that will lessen your worries?

Biology, I have another symptom.  I'm beginning to think my drs right.  So I have a canker sore spot.  Now I'm seeing blisters forming and popping.  This is the second blister I've encountered.  Can I show you a picture, somehow?

What do herpes on the gums look like?  Why wouldn't a test show positive?  The dr said something along the lines of my larynx issue is caused the hsv1 getting in my esophagus.  Which was better the next day.  I was surprised at his remarks.

Herpes are blisters not white heads so you would have canker sores which are not herpes sores. The doctor assumed its herpes
