One important type of bacteria other than hydrogen and methane SIBO is HYDROGEN SULFIDE!!! it is produced in the small intestine and releases gasses throughout your circulatory system.

NOTE: I know none of these mention smell or PATM BUT BELIEVE ME IT IS RELATED.
Do not give up hope i had PATM for 3 years straight and managed to clear it up on a strict 6 month diet before... i'm trying to accomplish the same but believe the issue runs deeper. But you all can be cured just keep looking, it seems like the doctors cant help us now.

What diet are u doing. Only diet helped me was the Candida diet, probiotics, charcoal
