Plz help - Sex with a csw

I had sex with a call girl on 22nd dec 2018.  I am circumsized. I had given oral to her with condom on my thing. N did vaginal sex with her 2 times but using different condoms. I dont know her status. But while having done sex a liquidy thing was on my penis n all over. I thing my condom had a tiny hole. So i immediately checked it with water but no big leakage seemed on it but one or two drops of water was on it may be from tap water on the outside. So i met a doctor n he suggested n gav me  two combo drug on Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, lamivudine and efavirenz tablets IP of 300, 300 & 600 mg. I took it at 42 hour after exposure. Then i talked to a another docter online n he stopped my efavirenz medicine and asked me to take Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and lamivudine. I took it again after 61 hour. And then started tenvin m and raltergravir at 70.5 hours and continuing my PEP.
Now i am having rashes like dry skin which itch and after itching dry skin peel out and after around 6 hours the redness goes away. Now having severe fatigue, cannot eat properly and having severe bloating in stomach, heavy burps and different sounds comes from stomach. Feeling dizzy and fatigue. R these symptoms of hiv. Really frustrated. Plz help.
Just dry skin which feels better after apply of moisturizer like nivea body lotion. Feeling exhausted. Does pep drain out ones energy totally. N plz tell me its side effects too.

As with your other threads, this continues to be no risk.  You have been advised what risks are -- Unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles.  So, this is again a no risk situation.
