Is there a risk on oral sex with HIV?

A couple of years ago, I had a couple with whom I only received oral sex (that was the only sexual encounter that there was), a couple of weeks ago I was worried about having contracted HIV, since I have a small infection in my throat, and I have had two canker sores in the last month, but I do not know if this was caused by my own stress, and 5 months ago I did some blood studies for school purposes and all the values were normal. What should I do? Is my concern justified?

Glad these guys were able to relax you and just wanted to add another opinion that this is indeed not a risk for HIV.

Receiving oral sex is not a risk.  There is no scope of transmission. Your symptoms are unspecific to HIV and testing is unwarranted. Not an HIV concern.

So, should I stop worrying??
Yes, don't worry about anything that isn't a risk.
Thank you very much, I have been several weeks with a lot of stress, without being able to think about anything else.
First step to peace is to stop Googling for death and examining your body, cold turkey, because that can only make you more anxious. Second step is to go back to your happy life, since nothing happened.
Yes I think that is a problem that I have, that I start looking for information on internet and I start creating ideas in my head, but definitely, I am more relaxed  now, thank you so much.
