Partners tests

I've been clear after a year. I had the full panel done, minus hpv and everything came back negative. I gave chlymadia but we both retested shortly after in 2017. One year later I tested the full panel and everything came back negative. What I didn't count on was my partner getting cleared of stds. Should I be worried that I gave her anything?

If your partner is faithful and you're her only partner, then she should be clear.  Women get tested just like men do.  For routine testing a doctor suggests or because they worry their partner cheated or they had sex with someone outside of their relationship and want to make sure they didn't catch anything.  But she will probably get ticked off if you grill her as to why she's testing.  So, don't do it and don't worry about it.  If you are worried you gave her something, since you tested negative for everything, you didn't.

Yes, I agree with all of this. It's often part of routine testing with the doctor, so please, don't grill her. You can ask her - once, and like conversationally, like, "hey you got tested? Cool. Is that part of your routine like it is for men? Awesome." Then LEAVE IT.

If my boyfriend did anymore with me, I'd be annoyed.

Very unlikely. You may want to get your partner to test for stds.

Unlikely that I gave her something? Or unlikely that I did? Why is she getting tested?
