Most important thing you need to do is check your HBVDNA if it is high you should take Tenofovir in the 3rd trimester. If your hbvdna is high and you dont take medication you can pass the virus to your child.

After the baby is born:

1. Two shots within 6 hours, sooner the better (hbig shot and hbv vaccine)

2. At 1 month after birth, 2nd vaccine shot

3. At 6 months after birth, 3rd vaccine shot

thank you for answering imran, check last at the obstetrician, the doctor said for treatment after childbirth. my pregnancy was in the third trimester. imran i was very scared if i transmitted the hbv virus to the person closest to me. Which country do you come from?
I am in the USA, are you pregnant now? If yes you need to check your viral load, and make sure your baby gets the right shots. The lower the viral load you have the less risk to the Baby. Make sure all of the people close to you get the Vaccine this is very important, they need all 3 doses.
