When will my period come back?

After I stopped taking birth control 4 months ago, I have yet to have a period (I'm not pregnant). I looked it up and it appears to be post-pill amenorrhea. When will my period come back? Is there a chance it won't? Also, will this affect my fertility in the future?

Ugh, I hate that.  It 'should' come back all on its own.  If not, check with your doctor. They may need to give you something to jump start it.  Often a little progesterone will get you going again.
