Did he give you a diagnosis to take all of these meds? That's a LOT of antibiotics. Did he do any testing? If you don't know what the diagnosis is, call and ask. There has to be a reason why he is giving you 4 different antibiotics to take at the same time.

I can't imagine what he thinks they are with those meds, and I don't know what the bumps look like - are they white, red, oozing, etc?

Did he tell you not to drink alcohol while taking metrogyl? That's VERY important. It can make you very sick.

You may also end up with a fugal infection after taking all these antibiotics. You might want to start taking a probiotic, like acidophilus, to help prevent that.

He told me to take metrogyl morning and at night, azithromycin in afternoon, and doxycycline at night. Fusidic cream morning and at night.
Is this a correct way to take these medicines? After 2 weeks if this doesn’t go away then he said I have to go for a blood test for all std’s.
Bumps are tiny and white slight pink in color I don’t have pain in those bumps while masturbating also they’re  not causing pain. Should I stop taking these medicines please assist I will go for the test asap.
I can't tell you to stop taking the meds - I'm not a doctor. I would call and ask him what the diagnosis is, though.

I don't know of any STD or skin condition that requires all of these antibiotics, though that isn't to say there isn't one.

Google genital warts. See if images of those resemble what you have. Also, look up fordyce spots.

The only STD that would cause little white bumps like this is genital warts, caused by HPV. There is no blood test for that. What kind of doctor is this? Are you in a country where there are STD clinics?
