Help please oral sex

Okay so i had oral sex (she sucked me) with no condom on for about a minute and that’s it I didn’t do anything to her this was about 3 days ago and since then I grew like a small rash on the tip of my penis it doesn’t hurt or anything and you can barely see it unless you look at it from close and my testicles have been hurting as well not a very painful feeling but more like a discomfort aching feeling and today I noticed some white little flakes on my penis as I peed and pulled the skin back I’m very worried because this has never happened to me I’ve always been healthy and I’m very worried should I go to the hospital and get checked ?

Hi here are a few things to note:
1) you are at risk of common stds, so yes, you should get tested
2) symptoms may not appear so soon, but nonetheless, get it checked
3) honestly i dont think any of your symptoms suggest std. It is very obvious that you are overly worried, as i notice how well described your symptoms are
Just go see a doctor and test at the appropriate time

Thanks so much I have bad anxiety so I was worried but one more thing what if like the rash is kinda going away and the pain in the testicals is not as bad anymore  Is that a good or bad sign ?  And if it was some type of std what kind do you think it will be if you know ? thanks appreciate it.
You received oral sex, though briefly, so you'd be at risk for gonorrhea, syphilis, genital herpes type 1, and NGU.

None of them would cause a rash like you describe, and peeling skin sounds like it may be a fungal infection unrelated to sex.

None of them would cause testicle pain this quickly, if at all (herpes and syphilis never do).

The only way to know what it is is to see a doctor. There's no getting around that, unfortunately. If it's fungal, you may need certain medications that your doctor will give you.
