Not really a simple answer.  Exercise lowers IOP but not for long,  alcohol same thing,  THC cannabis same thing, CBD cannabis recently found to increase IOP and be bad for glaucoma,  yoga with head lowered especially standing on head greatly raises IOP in the eye and is a bad thing.  The most direct answer would be that stress reduction helps many diseases but not any major role in glauoma.

Dr. Hagan,
I am fairly new to MedHelp, but I have read many of your excellent responses.   Thank you for all your efforts to provide clear, prompt and helpful information to the many people with worries and concerns.    It is  difficult to know which questions to ask your Dr. at an appt, and often many questions arise later as you think and try to  process a new dx or new information.  It is a great service that you provide to so many people.
I greatly appreciate it.
Sure, I had a lot of health problems when a child.  Some doctors and nurses were mean, gruff and never would explain anything. When I decided to go into medicine I said i would never be that type of physician.  A few suggestions:

1. Write your questions out ahead of time.
2. Tell the doctor as you leave "If I have any more questions that come to mind can I phone your nurse and she if she can answer them or ask you and call me back".
