What is Risk of Hepatitis C from nude body to body massage? Very Anxious!!

Hi,
I had a nude body to body massage with an escort 18 days ago. During the encounter she first massaged my back and buttocks with her nude body sliding up and down with body contact including vagina for 10mins. She did use massage oil. On 3 occasions she gently ran her finger nail down my buttock crack down to my scrotum. I then turned over and she performed a nude body slide up and down where by my penis did come into contact and rub her vagina about 6-7 times over 10mins. Her legs were initially open but I asked her to close them half way as I was worried about the risks. I did not have any cuts/wounds on my genitals and I did not not see any on her either. However her pubic hair felt a but scratchy on my penis. She then sat on my chest legs apart with her buttocks facing my head (69 position) and she gave me a hand job while I massaged her buttocks. My face was about 6cm away. I had a good look her buttocks ago did not see any wounds. She then finished me off with a hand job while massaging my scrotum. I am sure there was no penetration during the encounter. I was not wearing a condom. I showered afterwards.
2 days later I began to worry about the encounter and vigorously washed my penis. Some soap entered my penis meatus and I experienced severe pain in my right groin lymph nodes which quickly became enlarged within 60mins. These lymph nodes have remained enlarged ever since. 4 days after the encounter my right neck and jaw lymph nodes became enlarged and have also remained so till now. I took a course of Azithromycin just in case but there has been no improvement.

I assumed the encounter was low risk and decided to ignore it. However 16 days after the encounter I developed and extremely itchy anus. I saw a doc with noted vesicle lesions around my anus consistent with herpes. This was a big shock as I did not have any direct vaginal to anus contact during the encounter. Her vagina only slid on my buttocks (not deep anus) and in fact most of the rubbing was vagina to penis. My whole body has been very itchy over the last week but I do not have any rashes or penile lesions.

I am completely freaking out as I was not expecting herpes in this area and I am worried that the encounter was higher risk than I anticipated. I cant sleep and I am worried about HIV and HEP C transmission in particular given I already now have herpes. The anxiety of waiting 3months for testing is killing me. I have a family and job the relies on my health. I am so ashamed and disgraced with myself. Please help!!

Hepatitis c requires blood infected with the virus  to enter the blood stream of an uninfected person. The most common manner of transmission is sharing IV drug needles or having a blood transfusion before 1990 when antibody testing was developed.

You are not at risk of contracting hep c from this encounter. For HIV ask in the HIV community.

Or better still ask your doctor.

This is a community of patients we have no medical training and cannot offer medical advise or attempt to diagnose any medical condition.

This forum exist primarily as a support group for those already infected and diagnosed by a medical professional as being infected with hepatitis c

But in my opinion as a layperson you are not at risk.
