right testicular pain. The pain comes and goes. What’s going on?

After a week of meds the back pain was gone but the testy still hurts. The right testicle seems raised? Slightly. After “self release” the righty seemed to rise into the pubic bone. Before it seemed swollen but after it was relieved of its size. The pain comes and goes. There are no lumps or bumps on the righty and no scrotal redness or swelling. Just pain from time to time

Hello. Welcome to MedHelp's forums. It is always best to check with your doctor.  This is not uncommon though for a testicle to pull up after orgasm.  This is new for you though?

Here is a thread in which a doctor weighed in on a similar circumstance. https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Urology/Orgasm-causes-testicle-to-withdraw-from-scrotum/show/496493.  ;

Does that sound similar to your situation?
