HIV 4th generation test at 9 weeks

Hello doctors, I took a 4th generation HIV test at 9 weeks (cmia, detects HIV 1,2 and the O subtype) and it came out negative, could it be considered conclusive?

Protected sex prevents HIV transmission. If your condom would have broken it would have been evident.

You didn't need to test. Window period doesn't apply you.

Yes.  We always like people to also express their risk because very often, people don't understand what is and isn't a risk and often worry for nothing.

But yes, your test is conclusive at 9 weeks and you do not have HIV.

My risk was protected sex with a prostitute, I took the test in case the condom broke without me noticing, thanks for the answer!
Condom breaking is a risk and requires testing.  However you would know if it broke as that is always quite noticeable.  Glad as well you are negative.  No need to worry anymore.
