Congratulation on taking steps to lower cholesterol. This is wonderful and will greatly benefit you.  The link below is from the American Heart Association with ideas of menus to help with lowering cholesterol through diet.  https://www.heart.org/en/health-topics/cholesterol/prevention-and-treatment-of-high-cholesterol-hyperlipidemia/cooking-to-lower-cholesterol.

Here is another excellent article to help lower cholesterol naturally https://www.webmd.com/cholesterol-management/features/11-tips-to-cut-your-cholesterol-fast#1

Tips include:  no trans fat (cakes, pie crust, frozen pizza, etc.), scale back and lose some weight, exercise 2 1/2 hours a week, eat lots of fiber like oatmeal, apples, beans, etc, eat fish regularly every week, choose olive oil over butter, add nuts into your diet, reduce stress, add  garlic, curcumin, ginger, black pepper, coriander, and cinnamon to foods for spice and cholesterol reduction, quit smoking (obvious) and laugh more.

Good luck on your journey and we are here any time you need us.
