Could I still be pregnant?

I'm 35, my last menstrual cycle was on May 4, 2019, and I usually have a 28-day cycle and my cycles are regular. I'm not on any type of birth control or medication. I had unprotected sex on May 26 and no sexual intercourse until June 30th. I still have not had a period yet but after intercourse on June 30, I started spotting that was watery and light pink a few hours after. My cervical mucus has been watery for the past few weeks. Pregnancy strips are negative and I have had some pregnancy symptoms for the past few weeks. I am having very light cramps in my lower pelvic area off and on. I took two Kroger pregnancy tests last night and they had very faint positive signs. What could this be and could I still be pregnant?

Yes, I would say you could still be pregnant.  I'm not sure what you mean by pregnancy strips were negative.  Was that a while ago?  And now you are getting faint positives?  As long as you read the test accurately as in you used it just right and read it in the time frame they suggest and didn't leave it sit and then read it later (they can develop a second line that is not pregnancy but an evaporation line when you do that), then those tests really usually don't lie.  Still no period?  Keep your eye on that.  And many women do have cramping during early pregnancy and spotting as well.  Take one more test and then call your doctor.  If your last period was early May, they may want to see you.  Let me know what happens!

If you are not pregnant, then yes, you could have miscarried and your body is getting back to normal.  Or you could have a hormone imbalance causing all of this or thyroid issues.  Looking forward to hearing back from you.
