Have you seen your doctor? You should be seen. There are a lot of things that could be causing this and your doctor needs to see you to determine the cause. Don't wait on this. It may not be anything serious, but it could be.
Thank you so much.. Do I need
To see nerve specialist or general medicine doctor.. Is head pain serious or BP level.. currently I checked it's 170/110
I think you need to start thinking about going to the emergency department.

https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/articles/16563-high-blood-pressure--when-to-seek-emergency-care

Seek emergency care if your blood pressure reading is 180/110 or higher and you have any of the following symptoms, which may be signs of organ damage:

    Chest pain
    Shortness of breath
    Numbness or weakness
    Change in vision
    Difficulty speaking
    Severe headache

Yours is really close to that, and you have pain in your head and a change in vision. If it were me, I'd go now. Please strongly consider going now.
Thanks a lot.. Took blood test .. TRIGLYCERIDES is very high around 230.. I checked with General medicine doctor.. he gave the tablet clonotril 0.25 mg for 1 month reg head pain.. after taking tablets very much tired.. May I know use of this tablet Plz
Clonotril is clonazapem, which is a benzodiazepine. These are used to treat seizure disorders and sometimes for anxiety. They are going to make you very tired, and you should not drink alcohol while taking it.

Are they treating your blood pressure or triglycerides?
Thanks for your help.. When I checked at hospital it was 140/90.. My haemoglobin is 18.5.. so he asked me to donate blood..for trigelcerides doctor advised me to take low fat food.. My only concern now is head pain.. Is this medicine Clonotril dangerous?
These are questions you need to talk to your doctor about. It's not dangerous, generally speaking, but you need to ask your doctor about your health conditions and taking it, and why he prescribed this particular medication for you.

I'm really happy to hear your BP has gone way down.
Thanks a lot.. doctor told don't worry for all.. sometimes nerve is pulling in one side of mouth and hand.. happenns 2 to 3 times a day.. nerve is pulling and beating like symptoms

Might not be a stroke, but high BP can cause headaches.

Are you under the care of a doctor for the BP? If you are concerned about a stroke, you definitely need to contact your doctor. You might also be experiencing side effects from any medication you are taking, but this also needs to be addressed promptly with your doctor.

Call today, and let us know how you're doing.
