Does ibuprofen and acetaminophen (paracetamol) affect Lipid Pofile results?

Been taking 800mg ibuprofen and 1000mg acetaminophen every 5 hours for the past 2 days.

Will it affect the blood test results, considering I take the test 10 hours after my last ibuprofen and acetaminophen intake?

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Thanks so much for your question.  First, you are definitely at the max dose per day of acetaminophen which is 4,000 mg a day for healthy people but less for anyone with compromised livers.  You are also at the max dose of ibuprofen.  However, this has just been for two days.  Two days of these medications should not alter your blood test results.  They do generally say that there will be no affect if taken ONCE.  Since you've done so for a couple of days, please tell the lab technician or call before taking the ibuprofen/acetaminophen.  Here is some information on preparing for a lipid profile test. https://www.healthline.com/health/high-cholesterol/fast-before-cholesterol-test#preparing.  Let us know how it goes.
