Daily heart palpitations?

Hi,2 months ago I started experiencing heavy heart palpitations along with chest pain, dizziness, short of breath, lightheadedness. Went to the ER everything came back normal. Went to a cardiologist, everything they did was normal (heart monitor, echo, ekg) I have a healthy heart. The only thing off was my thyroid, creatine was a bit high and glucose levels were in prediabete level. I was put on bisoprolol for my heart, Levothyroxine for my thyroid. Fast forward 2 months everything is still very symptomatic, heart palpitations all day long and just an over whelming feeling of being fatigued and unwell. I don’t have anxiety, but I’ve still been having the same symptoms plus tingly hands and feet. Does anyone know what this could be? Or how I should even proceed next?? Thanks

Another edit.... I’ve been sucked into reading everything about the heart palpitations on this forum!! We are not crazy. I sound a lot like everyone else, except the dizzy/chest pains/ lightheaded/ short of breath thing. I was wondering if anyone else experiences that along with the PVCs with”normal” test results??

I was surprised to read your post. I could have written that myself. My strong palpitations, which came on suddenly but not out of the blue,  also going on for 2 months. They are constant all day long with irregular heart beat. ECG and monitor showed frequent PVCs, but normal ECHO and stress ECHO. Cardiologist not concerned. Prescribed Metoprolol and see you in a year. Me, on the other hand, feeling anxious and quite unwell.  I also have SOB with any activity at all, as well as lightheadedness/headache and chest pressure. All this started after multiple yellow jacket stings.
Was wondering if you ever found a resolution. Thanks. Best to you.
I have found out what I have! Lyme disease, and 4 other tick diseases that has spawned Epstein Barr virus and hypothyroidism. Have you ever had a tick panel?
Oh my goodness, I didn't expect that. Related somewhat to my situation. Funny thing, my symptoms began shortly after being stung by several yellow jackets. Cardiologist says it's possible that was the source of my problem, but now just wants to treat the PVCs. Meanwhile I'm left wondering if I have heart tissue damage causing electrical problems.
Thank you for the information.
pk1245:  Every year I would bet tens of thousands of people have ectopic or other PVCs/PABs and have perfectly healthy hearts!!! Considering the other symptoms you have and with anxiety and also the multiple bee stings, talk with your doctor and also possibly an allergist who can test you for an allergy to bee stings.

Get a second opinion/workup or go BACK to the doctor who diagnosed and is treating these things. Sometimes medications can cause these symptoms, and sometimes there are other reasons (as you do not have an anxiety disorder) that can be discovered and addressed. DO NOT ignore it!
