How many tests for dysautonomia is it worth it?

4 years ago I had an onset that started with an ocular migraine. From then on anything stressful triggers a migraine. Over the years it has progressed blenned vision bad fatigue excercise intolerance slowed speech digestive issues etc. I have lesions on my brain from an mri. Had so many blood tests all fine including lymes. Been to so many different doctors  now i am told it may be Dysautonomia. The thing is they want another 10 expensive blood tests and a tilt table test. I dont pass out. Your thoughts?

Low salt levels can cause many symptoms.  I get ocular migraines, fatigue, 'out of breath' , slurred speech.  Salt fixes them.  FWIW.

Dysautonomia is an umbrella term used to describe several different medical conditions that cause a malfunction of the Autonomic Nervous System.  Usually excessive or overactive ANS actions occur. There are several different types of dysautonomia. Because it can be so varied, it can be difficult to diagnose.  It can be primary or secondary.  It is helpful to narrow down specifically what the origin is so that you can adequately target treatment. Prognosis is directly related to the type.  So, this is a very difficult question to answer.  My thoughts are that further testing would be a good idea to fully understand the situation and to get the best plan moving forward.  We are very sorry you are in this situation.  https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/articles/6004-dysautonomia

Thank you. I am just a little concerned with the testing. Very expensive. I am due for a IMMUNOFIXATION ELECTROPHORESIS WITH IGG,IGA,IGM AND KAPPA LAMBDA FREE LIGHT CHAINS. But already had the Nuclear Antibody Comprehensive. Protein electrophoresis. Myeloleroxidase and Protease and antibody. Referred Ansay. And many more.  I am all about getting better for sure but want to make sure all is relevant I suppose.
