When will the bleeding stop?

So I got the implant dec 22 2020 and my periods have been getting closer to each other. I thought after three months it might go to either normal bleeding or just spotting, but my periods seem to have 3 to 8 days between them normally. I’m tired of getting periods so close together. Is it ever going to calm down or could there be something wrong?

A change in menstrual bleeding pattern is the most common side effect of the implant. It definitely sounds tiresome (and also like you should take an iron supplement). Implant-caused bleeding changes are the most common reason women get the implant taken out. Talk to your doctor and see what he or she advises.
