My wife tested positive and i tested negative

I have been living with my wife for 6 months, today we went for testing and she tested positive and me negative. Does it mean i will seroconvert in future because we have been engaging in unprotected sex for 6 months. I was circumcised and does it mean i have lower chances of seroconverting judging from the 6 months we lived together.

She needs to test again to make sure she didn't get a false positive. You don't get hiv every time you have vaginal sex with a positive person, so use protection from now on unless she is proven to be negative.  Test with a duo test 4 weeks after you start using protection, because there is a 4 week window for results to be conclusive. There is no such thing as "late seroconversion".

We did 3 tests today, all 3 of mine were negative and her positive.  I forgot i was given medication to prevent, is it safe to take them now or should i wait until i did my DNA PCR
Your doctor should have given instructions about when to take the medication. You should call the doctor for advice or ask the DNA lab whether to take it now.
