Penis burning post COVID-19 vaccine

Hi everyone,

Since December last year my penis suddenly started to burn regularly. I initially noticed a small red irritation under my foreskin, then the following day the corona gland (the base under the foreskin) became a darker, purpler color and has remained that way ever since.

Other than burning, the symptoms include the occasional break out of redness on the gland, purpleness after ejaculation, difficulties getting erections, generally feeling less aroused, and slow ejaculation-my sperm kind of oozes out rather than spray. It has ruined my sex life and my everyday life and I don't know what to do. It also appears as if my penis has swollen a bit and that the veins on it stick out more.

I've already seen two urologists who've been unable to diagnose my condition. I've tried balanil, canesten, vea cream, and vitamin E and none of them have really helped to ease the condition. Balanil helped slightly with the burning but after a month of using it the general symptoms failed to go away.

I'm not sure what caused this. It happened roughly after a week after I had my first COVID-19 vaccine, though that could just be a coincidence. It's also worth mentioning that I am married and am faithful to my wife, who tested negative for vaginal infections.

I am writing this message out of desperation and hoping to find an answer perhaps through other people who have experienced something similar. This condition is ruining my life and nobody seems to have an answer.

Boy, I don't know. I've not heard of any correlation to such things from the covid vaccine. Covid itself had all sorts of strange things occur with patients due to the virus but have not heard of anything like this either. I DID find this though . . . https://www.webmd.com/lung/news/20210513/coronavirus-lingers-in-penis-and-could-cause-impotence#1  Geez, hope not but apparently enough to have something written on it. Here's an article on penis pain that burning would fall under. https://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/testicle-pain/basics/causes/sym-20050942  It makes me think perhaps something neurlogical since you describe burning. Have you ever been evaluated for diabetes?

Thanks for your response. It is much appreciated. No, i haven't been evaluated for diabetes. I have, however, been suffering from regular headaches for months now and am not usually a sufferer.
I think I would keep asking for help from your doctor. Eventually they stumble upon a direction to follow up on usually. Neurological seems to be something that stands out to me.
