What it can be?

Hello, I'm 14 and I have the following problems:
burning sensation during urination (at the beginning and especially at the end of the process)
Feeling that the bladder has not emptied and you want to go to the toilet more
The jet during urination, as it were, stops and in order to release all the urine, you need to tighten your muscles
With masturbation, an erection occurs very quickly, literally in a minute, but pain is not observed
Tell me, please, what can it be? Thanks in advance for your reply!

This sounds a lot like a typical urinary tract infection, but that can only be diagnosed by a lab test (pee in a cup).  If it is, you'll need antibiotics, or it could get a lot worse.  You should definitely tell your parents about it.  Don't worry - it has NOTHING to do with sex or masturbation, so you don't need to mention any of that, but you do need to be examined by a doctor.
