MRI result (from Holland): white matter lesions. Could they be MS?

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and was hoping someone on here could help me understand the MRI results I got back this week. My neurologist thinks there is no cause for concern, but due to the symptoms I've been having (right eye twitches and keeps wanting to close, regular extreme fatigue, problems thinking, problem remembering words, clumsiness, occasional nausea, feeling hungover without drinking, vibrations in limbs, around mouth and in my head, drunk feeling in legs (which has thankfully passed)) and which are gradually getting worse, on and off, I am still concerned. :) Could I have MS? Early symptoms of Alzheimer? Lyme? I'm 43 years old. Results have been translated from Dutch, so they may be a little oddly worded. Any help much appreciated. Here goes:

MR-Cerebrum:
Examination scanned according to standard protocol.
The fourth ventricle is normal and in situ. Normal brainstem and cerebellum normal supratentorial ventricular system. Normal cortical growth pattern.
FLAIR recordings show some white matter lesions mainly subcortical on both sides: atypical. No typical picture of MS.
No space-occupying process.
FLAIR images do not show any haemorrhage residues. Diffusion images show no diffusion restriction.
Conclusion:
Atypical white matter lesions on both sides most pronounced bifrontally and subcortically. Atypical and probably vascular in origin. No typical distribution pattern for MS. No RIP links.

I'm sorry but what you've posted doesnt really give anyone anything to go by in regards to MS, and even trying to give you something id literally be reiterating whats already mentioned ie " Atypical white matter lesions on both sides most pronounced bifrontally and subcortically" is commonly a vascular causation..

The only thing i can offer you is to have a closer look at any of your most recent medical issues as a possible explanation eg menapause, covid, Thyroidism, iron or vit B deficientcy, diabetes etc and even post viral and if you think of anything get your family dr to run blood tests to see if anything comes up abnormal.
