They know your medical history and can put meaning to them for you specifically. They weren't able to get a good look, basically. Why did you have the scan? Did you have pain or other symptoms. The spleen is rarely the primary site for any type of cancer activity but can be a secondary site. It also is prone to trauma and injury. Cysts and injury would be most likely the reason for this report of ill defined soft tissue. can you let us know what your doctor has said?
