Red meatus after oral contact, STI panel negative

I have a carbon copy of the symptoms on the old thread from this website:
https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Urology/Persistent-Inflamed-Irritated-Meatus/show/1217614

Recent oral encounter with a SW, UTI symptoms around a month after and had pivmecillinum. STI panel all negative, including repeated tests. Meatus is now red and doesn’t seem to be returning to normal, despite not touching or playing with it.

It gets more red and enflamed during passing urine, semen, and there are hundreds of posts like this exactly similar symptoms being described, with no result or conclusion.

Has anybody got any further with these or can shed any light? Thanks

Agreed. With all your testing, have you seen a doctor? If you haven't, you really should.

It is possible that you have a yeast infection from your bout of oral sex with the "sex worker" (nice euphemism by the way).  I do think you should see a urologist at the next available opportunity - sooner rather later.
