Leprosy risk?

I woke up to something crawling on my chest. Behold, it was a roach. I swatted it away and killed it. But now I don't know if it crawled inside my mouth as I slept or worse. I was reading roaches are linked to leprosy and my hypochondria is on full blast. How common is it to get leprosy from roaches? it says it's mainly through their feces but I didnt see any or rather don't know if I inhaled or swallowed some as I slept before being woken up.

Leprosy (aka Hansen's disease) is spread person-to-person, or potentially by armadillos.

You didn't get leprosy from a cockroach - it isn't that easily spread.  Even if you did - and again, you did not - it is easily treated with antibiotics.

Have you ever talked to a mental health professional about your health phobias? If not, you should really consider it.  Most of your thoughts are not based in reality, and a therapist can really help.
