Very sorry not to answered sooner, I only just saw this post.

How early in your pregnancy was the ultrasound that gave you the due date of April 23?

If the ultrasound was quite early in the pregnancy, like in your 7th week, it would be fair to suggest the baby's conception date was around July 30 (2022), with the sex that produced the pregnancy being between July 24 and July 30. (That span of days is because sperm can stay viable inside the woman's reproductive tract for 5-6 days.)

If the ultrasound was later, such as in your second trimester, then it can't be relied on for exact enough figuring to rule out August 5. Over time during the pregnancy, some babies grow faster and some can grow slower and some stick with the averages all the way through. (If, for example, an 18th-week ultrasound shows a certain size of baby, it's not possible to tell if its size is due to the baby having grown a little faster than average or if it's a true indicator of when it began.)

there is a list of suggestions in time order for trying to tell who the baby's dad is. You might look it over and see if it's too late to do some of them but not too late to do others. In your situation I would recommend a DNA test, at the latest when the baby comes but if you can put together the money, before the baby comes, with both guys. Then you would know.

I had my ultrasound done my 2 trimester
Your boyfriend is probably the father, but unfortunately you can't entirely rule out the possibility of the other guy, unless you get a DNA test. You can do DNA tests now or after the baby comes. Doing one before the baby is born is much more expensive than after the baby is born (like ten times the cost) so a lot of women wait until after the baby comes to test.
