Severe neck pain
I have had this neck pain for about three days and I’ve tried everything. i’ve been having pain where I can’t move my neck or my left side hurts.
Sometimes when there is severe pain like that it can be due to a facet joint pinching or a nerve may be getting compressed. Try stretching your neck to the right more to help open up the left side and to help alleviate any pinching that may be happening on the left.
