HOW OLD IS TOO OLD

I am 80. Diagnosed lumbar spinal stenosis. Last June I had a sudden a sudden loss of use in my left leg and severe pain when trying to walk. Orthopedic surgeon assigned PT which I did for four months with no improvement. Pain Dr gave me two epidurals neither worked. My GP told me laminectomy multi level would be “risky”. I am beginning chriopratic but too soon to tell. Pain doctor would like to install a battery powered neeve pain killer. I am otherwise healthy. I seek comments from any seniors who have had a similar situation.
