Fingering - risk

Several days ago I had encounter with a sex worker. I did finger her, I have ingrowing nail on that finger (hurts when I squezze) and probably a small wound (cant see anything tho). What are the risks of contracting HIV and other STIs. I did finger her for few seconds and rubbed her ***** lips. Afterwards I washed my hands with water and some soap also I never touched my “junk", eyes, mouth or anything else. When I came back home (30 min from the time of encounter) I sprayed it with octanispet and I washed. I THINK im becoming paranoid, really stressed and feeling like somethings happening with my hand.

If the skin is broken, there is a chance for herpetic whitlow, which is herpes on the finger. If the skin is not broken, there is no chance.

That is the only risk for any STI from fingering. If it's been several days, and you don't have a visible, painful sore, I wouldn't worry about it.

Is this level of anxiety normal for you? You should see a doctor about that.

When would it show? I mean how long it takes to manifest? Also what about syphilis and ghanorea?
No, only herpes infects the fingers this way. And it would typically show within 2-12 days.

Again, this would only happen if your skin was broken.
Is it possible to get ghanorea from blowjob while condom on? Same time, same encounter.
No. A condom prevents that.
Thank You for Your time and help.
You're welcome.
I have one more question can I get syphilis only by contact with ulcer or if skin on my testicles during protectes oral sex touches the rash on the chin Im also at risk? (Lets assume person whos chin im touching is syphlis positivi)
A syphilis rash wouldn't be on a chin.

People get syphilis ulcers on mucous membranes - inside the mouth or on the genitals (penis, anus, vagina, labia). They get a secondary syphilis rash on their hands, feet, torso and back, with a few variations. It's not on the face.

If you're having oral sex with a condom, the chances of you getting syphilis are very, very, very low.
Thank You again Im really stressed I did stupid thing and now Im paying the price I still have tonwait few weeks to get tested :(
So you fingered a sex worker, and then again on a different occasion, you got oral sex from someone? I'm assuming someone outside a regular relationship?

The fingering has no risk, and the oral sex, which was protected, has very, very, very little risk.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry. Remember that guilt doesn't equal risk.

If it was 2 different encounters, and it was outside a relationship, perhaps you should consider what it is that is causing you to do this when you know you'll be really anxious after.
It was same encounter. I was just more worried about fingering cuz' of my ingrowing finger. Now Im worried for syphilis.
Really, there is nothing to worry about there.

Syphilis is uncommon in most developed countries - the US, UK, Canada, countries in Europe, etc.

Most experts don't think one act of unprotected oral sex even warrants testing. Certainly, protected oral sex wouldn't.

So 2 days ago i got this whitehead showed on my scrotum, I did squezee it and know its gone, there I have small red/pink pimple/spot that i can barely see right. I did went to my doctor but that was before whitehead. If i do FTA-ABS at 5 weeks can I consider that test to be conclusive?
A chancre does not present as a whitehead. It's a round, open sore.

You had no risk for syphilis. A test would be unnecessary and negative.
