How can I treat at home, minor glans penis swelling and meatus tip redness?
I have tried Hydrocortisone and Clotrimazole for the swelling and redness and didn't work. The assistant that seen said it was due to swelling and I needed to use lubricant. and to wait until it subsided to mess with it.

So, you saw a healthcare provider? I'd do what they say. Wait for it to not be swollen before doing anything further. Don't put anything on it. If it is over a week from not touching it and it is still swollen, revisit the doctor. After this event is over and you go back to normal, use lubricant for sexual activity.
