HELLO, I ALSO HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY HEART RATE IS IS USAUALLY 120-124. BUT, THIS IS ALL THE TIME....HELP..
If a holter or other monitor reveals the fast rates are sinus tachycardia, the usually cause for high AM heart rates is stress -- waking up with conscious or subconscious concerns/anxiety. The first step would be to identify the rhythm with a monitor. A beta blocker may help decrease the heart rate, but the goal would be to cope with or decrease your level of stress.
I hope this helps. thanks for posting.
